What we found
before we drew anything

Every line below was checked against the live site, the sitemaps, the DNS, and the public record. The point of the read is the gap between what the shop is and what the site says it is — not a list of faults.

The shop

None of this is on the website. All of it is findable in about ten minutes.

Who
James Goad — “Reaper”, Street Outlaws OKC The single biggest asset the business owns, and the storefront never says it. The Lightspeed store says it; the Wix site does not.
Where
1274 Quality Ave, Norman, OK · (405) 778-4579 On the contact page only. Not on the home page, not in the footer, not in any structured data a search engine reads.
What they actually sell
New parts · used take-offs · their own parts · apparel · full builds Five revenue lines. The website sells one and a half of them.
Dealer for
Holley · Strange Engineering · DeatschWerks · Roadrunner Performance Named publicly on the Lightspeed store and on Facebook. Named nowhere on outoftimemotorsports.com.
Who they sell to
“Reaper’s Work Week Warriors” Their own phrase: made for the guy or gal who works all week and races on the weekend. It is the best line on the site and it is buried in the middle of the home page.

The site as it stands

Checkable in ninety seconds each, which is the point.

Pages
2 — home and contact From pages-sitemap.xml. There is no about, no builds page, no used-parts page.
Products live
3 From store-products-sitemap.xml: one head gasket and two tees.
Categories advertised
6, with one part behind them Engine internals, braking, suspension, fuel, transmission and exhaust all have a “view specs” button on the home page. One part exists.
Apparel branding
Is the Wynrock branding intentional? Both tees are described on the site as Wynrock Speed Shop shirts. If that is a reselling arrangement it is worth saying so on the page; if it is not, it is worth fixing. Either way the customer reading it cannot tell which shop they are buying from.
Footer credit
“© 2026 Race Team Apparel and Parts” That is the Wix template’s brand, still in the footer with the template’s logo. Every page carries it.
Second storefront
store13679221.company.site — live, indexed, empty A Lightspeed store with no products, a “to be added soon” note, and the placeholder phone number 1-800-555-0123 still on it. It ranks for the business name.
Home page weight
2,208,017 bytes of HTML Before a single photograph loads. That is what a page builder costs on a phone on a shop parking lot.
Search description
None on the home page No meta description, so Google writes its own from whatever it finds first.
Photography
Stock cars, not their cars The home page runs a white ’70 Firebird and a black supercharged first-gen Camaro. Neither belongs to the shop. Meanwhile the owner is on television in his own car.
Mail & domain
Google Workspace, SPF present, apex redirects to www The plumbing is sound. DMARC is delegated to Wix at p=none, so nothing is enforced yet — a twenty-minute fix, and it comes with our own DMARC console.

What we changed, and why

Now

  • Six categories, one part behind them
  • Used parts and builds sold nowhere
  • Stock cars in the hero
  • No mention of Street Outlaws
  • A template’s brand in the footer
  • Products in one flat grid

The concept

  • Five staging lanes — new, take-off, in-house, colors, builds
  • Take-offs and shop time are products with prices
  • Every part carries a stamp saying which lane it is in
  • “Official shop of Street Outlaws Reaper” in the first line
  • The dealer brands run across the top
  • Each part gets a spec slip — the receipt every customer already owns a shoebox of

The colours came off your own work

Nothing here was picked for you. The red is the flame in the reaper logo. The orange is the packaging on the Even-Flow gasket — the one product the shop designed itself.

#E11100Flame red, sampled from the logo
#E64C03Gasket orange, sampled from the packaging
#0A0A0BThe black the logo sits on
#EDE9DFSlip paper — the only light surface
